Currently, our application is designed to respect your privacy:

  • •We DO NOT collect sensitive personal data such as geographical location (GPS), microphone access, camera access, or your phone's contact list.
  • •Account Data (If Logged In): If you choose to create an account to use features like Watchlist and Alerts, we only collect the email address you register and third-party authentication tokens (e.g., Google Login).
  • •User Configuration Data: We store your app preferences (such as Dark Mode), your Watchlists, and your Alerts solely to make the app function according to your preferences.

2. Data Usage

All collected data (like Watchlists and theme settings) is used exclusively to operate the features within this app, enhance your experience, and enable automatic synchronization across your devices. We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your data to any third parties.

3. Storage and Security

We use third-party infrastructure services (like Supabase) that maintain high-security standards to ensure your preference data (e.g., email and watchlists) is protected against unauthorized access. Although no transmission method over the internet is 100% secure, we strive to protect your data to the fullest extent possible.

4. Financial Risk Warning (Disclaimer)

SignalWatch is a market analysis and alert tool. This application does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Any financial losses resulting from the use of information and signals within this application are strictly the user's responsibility.

5. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through an update within the app.

7. Delete Account
